Kompen KOM 500 · U-Frame Series
From flat-pack parts to site accommodation.
The KOM 500 U-frame slides onto the sandwich panel edge — no cutting, no sub-frame, no extra framing; assembly clicks together like Lego.

Steel chassis
The blue steel base, corner posts and top frame go up — the skeleton of the flat-pack cabin.

Why the KOM 500 U-frame?
Slide-on fitting, no sub-frame
The edges of the KOM 500 form a U-channel: the unit slides onto the wall panel edge and the upper panel piece completes the bay like a puzzle. No cutting, no separate sub-frame, no extra framing work — fewer steps on your line and faster cabin assembly.
PVC built for camp conditions
PVC doesn’t rust, needs no painting and handles transport and relocation without complaint. The multi-chamber section and double gaskets keep heat and noise where they belong — from site offices to workforce camps.
Manufacturer-to-manufacturer supply
We work directly with portacabin and modular building manufacturers: project-specific sizes as ready-made units or profile lengths, volume orders, and export shipments handled as routine.
One series for windows and doors
The same KOM 500 system builds both windows and doors, with single or double glazing options (4, 20 and 24 mm). One profile family to stock, one set of tooling on your line.
